Two charged after Fayette County smoke shop break-in, deputies say
FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — Two men are accused of breaking into a smoke shop and stealing merchandise in Fayette County. Matthew Balik, 28, and Dakota Nottingham, 18, both of Ansted, are charged with felony burglary and conspiracy, according to a news release from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.
