CLINTON, Ky. (KFVS) - The city plans to close a section of KY 123/East Clay Street for the annual Spring Chicken Festival. According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, it will be closed between U.S. 51/Washington Street and KY 1731/Waterfield Drive on Saturday, April 27.
