Hollander Apartments, Puerto Rican Museum Archive Center Set For City Council Vote
LOGAN SQUARE — A Logan Square development that’s been in the works since 2018 is one step closer to reality. The City Council’s Committee on Zoning approved a rezoning Tuesday for the Hollander Storage & Moving building so it can be redeveloped into apartments and retail. The rezoning, which still needs support from the full City Council, finally moves forward a project that has seen five redesigns and multiple delays.
