For the first time since 1967, Terminal B on the Buffalo Outer Harbor is open to the public. The long dormant building site, for decades used solely as a storage facility, is now home to a $13 million amphitheater, a permanent structure set directly on the banks of the Outer Harbor. What was previously a contaminated seven acres of property will now be a major concert attraction for area music lovers, an ornate natural setting replete with sloped lawns facing the stage and an overlook deck allowing views of both the amphitheater and the expanse of Lake Erie.
