DENVER (KKTV) - One of the people accused of improperly storing nearly 200 bodies inside a Colorado funeral home is expected to be released from jail today. On Thursday, Carie Hallford appeared in a U.S. District Court in Denver. 11 News Reporter Melissa Henry was in the courtroom and said it appears the terms of Carrie’s bond are sealed. Carie was in street clothes while in the courtroom, not jail clothes. 11 News is working to find out if she is being released to a halfway house, on home detention or something else. She is court ordered to wear an ankle monitor and her federal bond amount is $10,000, unsecured according to court papers.
