Residents express concerns over potential land swap at public hearing in Rogers
ROGERS, Ark. — On Tuesday, the City of Rogers held a public hearing for those to share their thoughts on the hotly contested proposed land swap for Rogers and Cave Springs. The City of Rogers and the City of Cave Springs have been in talks to trade some land. If approved, Cave Springs would get some land west of Highway 112, which is where a neighborhood called Scissortail sits.
