Interlakes Theatre's shows go on, despite challenges
MEREDITH — Nancy Barry has been producing Interlakes Theatre shows for 17 years — longer than she’s done anything, she said — and it hasn’t gotten any easier. Royalties for show titles are nearly double what they once were, nearly every other expense has also risen significantly, yet ticket demand is only beginning to match what it was prior to the pandemic.

Makers Mill to host rug hooking course
WOLFEBORO — Makers Mill will host an introduction to traditional rug hooking course on Tuesdays, June 11, 18 and 25 at 6:30 p.m. The course explores the art of traditional rug hooking in the comprehensive three-part class led by Rachel Johns.
