Mississippi auto dealer reports two vehicles stolen
Two vehicles have been reported stolen in recent days from a Mississippi auto dealership. Stan King Chevrolet in Brookhaven reported one on Friday, Nov. 24, and another on Wednesday, Nov. 29. Weekly Safety Report: Fatal Wreck and Lawsuit Filed in Lincoln County, Mississippi
Two incidents occurred in Lincoln County, Mississippi this week. In the first incident, a one-vehicle wreck resulted in the death of a Lincoln County woman. The driver lost control of the Dodge truck, causing it to slide off the road and collide with trees on the passenger side. The driver was taken to the hospital for treatment. In the second incident, a Black former delivery driver filed a lawsuit against two white men and his former employer, FedEx. He alleges that the men shot at his work van and pursued him in a high-speed chase. The lawsuit seeks $5 million in damages.
