CenterCal Properties Expands The Village at Meridian Near Boise, Idaho
Meridian, Idaho — CenterCal Properties has announced the expansion of The Village at Meridian, a 1 million-square-foot mixed-use development located in Meridian, roughly 10 miles west of downtown Boise. Phase II of the project will encompass 80,000 square feet of commercial space across six new buildings, including a mix of retail and dining tenants such as Vuori, Alo, Kendra Scott, Tecovas, Gorjana, solidcore and Tempur-Pedic, along with Flower Child and Paris Baguette.

Boise-based Erstad bought by Salt Lake Firm
FFKR Architects has acquired the Boise-based architecture and interior design firm, Erstad, which has served the Treasure Valley for 28 years. A spokesperson for Erstad told BoiseDev that their Boise office will continue to operate as usual and that all employees have been retained. FFKR has offices in Boise, Salt Lake City, St. George, and Tempe, Arizona.

Report: Scentsy lists 209,000 sqft warehouse for sale
BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Boise Dev first reported that Scentsy is selling a massive warehouse built during the height of the COVID pandemic. The Meridian-based candle company is selling a 209,000-square-foot warehouse in Meridian. Boise Dev first reported the sale, which is listed by commercial broker TOK for $34.89 million.
