*A FREEZE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR WALWORTH, WAUKESHA, JEFFERSON, WASHINGTON, DODGE, AND FOND DU LAC COUNTIES OVERNIGHT. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP DOWN TO AROUND 30°, SENSITIVE PLANTS MAY BE DAMAGED BY THE COLD. COVER OR BRING IN PLANTS AS NEEDED.*

Tonight lows will drop into the mid 30s near the lake, but down to around 30 inland. This means there is concern for frost damage to sensitive plants. Skies will be mainly clear overnight.

Sunshine is back on Sunday with seasonal temperatures; highs top out in the mid to upper 50s. Winds will be a little breezy, gusting up to 25 mph.

The warming trend continues into Monday with highs back in the low to mid 60s. Winds remain breezy, and clouds will increase through the day. By Monday night there is a chance for showers.

A better chance for rain and a few thunderstorms moves in Tuesday. Temperatures will warm into the 60s before a front moves through in the late afternoon and evening, which will turn winds and bring a sharp drop in temperatures.

A few more cold nights with lows in the 30s are ahead Tuesday night and Wednesday night, so hold off on planting a little while longer.
