ALEXANDRIA, M.N. – Desiree Frederick, a 60-year-old former resident of Watertown, was tragically killed in a stabbing incident in Alexandria, Minnesota, on the night of November 24.

Watertown Police Department’s two police dogs are looking good these days, sporting brand new tactical vests. The vests, which are custom made for each dog, cost about $1,000 each. AT&T provided the funds for the vests. The money was donated through the Watertown Community Foundation, which handles the accounts for donations to the police.
