3 arrested in Waterbury drug bust

WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — Three Waterbury men are now facing a slew of charges following a drug bust last week, according to police.

A search warrant was executed on March 20 at four locations in Waterbury, according to police. Inside, officers founded a Glock handgun that had an adjustment to turn it into a fully automatic weapon, $10,958 in cash, 151.7 grams of cocaine, 280 grams of raw heroin and 847 bags of fentanyl.

Gabriel Lopez Millette, 37, 45-year-old Javier Cuevas-Colon and 49-year-old Angel Cuevas-Colon have all been charged with drug offenses, including operating a drug factory. Millette is facing an additional charge of possession of an assault weapon.

Angel Cuevas-Colon is a convicted felon with prior narcotics arrests, according to police. He has been assigned a $1 million bond.
