Point Park reopens after recent flooding
PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - Point Park is now open to the public again after the recent floods had temporarily closed it. Point Park is being cleaned up by the city of Parkersburg after the flood waters created a ton of debris and between one and two feet of thick mud on the sidewalks and bushes.
