Man wanted on federal weapons charges in custody following SWAT standoff in Dayton
DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- A person is in custody following an hours-long standoff at a house on King Avenue in Dayton. Dayton Police and the U.S. Marshals Service were on scene in the 3000 block of Wayne Avenue for several hours on May 15. A Hostage Negotiations Team and SWAT deployed tear gas and used a bullhorn to order Noah Lowe, who was wanted on felony weapons and other charges. Police suspected Lowe to have high-powered weapons in the house.
