NEVADA CITY — Caleb Klauder and Reeb Willms of the Foghorn String Band bring their new bluegrass quintet to the Besemer Concert Hall on April 26. Klauder and Willms both originally hail from Washington State: Caleb from the coastal San Juan Islands and Reeb from the high desert plateau of Douglas County. Placer County officials are looking for 19 more properties to rezone for high-density, low-income housing as part of its Housing Needs Rezone Program.
