Parole denied for Warsaw man charged with kidnapping teen found in Pennsylvania motel
Warsaw, N.Y. — The Wyoming County man charged with kidnapping a 16-year-old child, whose disappearance led to a nearly six-month-long investigation, has been denied parole. Christopher Comfort, now 42, of Warsaw, was indicted in December 2022 for having phone contact with the child, who went missing in October that year.
Man accused of stealing $100K+ worth of construction equipment in Livingston County
Caledonia, N.Y. — A man is charged with second-degree grand larceny for allegedly stealing from a property in Livingston County earlier this month. Ronald Schultz, 36, of Rochester, is accused of stealing more than $100,000 worth of construction equipment from a location on River Road in the town of Caledonia.
