LUMBERTON, Texas — Power has been restored after a portion of Hardin County stretching from Lumberton into Silsbee lost power Thursday afternoon due to a transformer issue. Before 12:30 p.m. a transformer failed in the area affecting more than 6,000 Entergy customers, according to the company's power outage map.
Man charged with Intoxication Manslaughter after deadly crash
Lumberton Police say a man with a very lengthy criminal history has been arrested and charged following a deadly Friday, May 24th crash that left a Tyler County woman dead. Chase Keller, 36, has been charged with Intoxication Manslaughter and his bond was set at $250,000.00. If convicted, he could face 2-20 years in prison and up to a $10,000.00 fine.
