Man Charged in Connection with Drug-Related Death in Franklin County
Daquan Woods, 27, from Harrisburg, faces serious charges after being implicated in the death of Dakota Rowles, 26, due to a drug overdose in Franklin County. Woods was arrested and is being held with bail set at $200,000.
