31-year old Caitlin Elizabeth, a Baton Rouge native known as 'Caty' or 'Teddy', was fatally shot in a road rage incident on a Texas interstate. Elizabeth, a hairstylist and beautician, was residing in Dallas and was on her way home when the incident occurred with an 18-wheeler.

SPRINGFIELD, La. (BRPROUD) – An investigation into shots fired on Carter Cemetery Road ended with one man hurt and another in custody. Tykelon Jackson, 22 was charged in connection with a shooting that took place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20. A man was taken to a local hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound. Deputies said his injuries do not appear to be serious.
