Rapid City woman to compete for Miss South Dakota title
BROOKINGS, S.D. - The current title holder of Miss Rolling Plains, Joelle Simpson of Rapid City, will be competing in the 77th Annual Miss South Dakota Scholarship Competition in Brookings. Simpson will be one of 20 delegates hoping to be crowned as the next Miss South Dakota and go on to compete in the Miss America competition scheduled for early 2025.
