BREWER-- The Medomak Valley Panthers came to Doyle Field and defeated the Brewer Witches 49-18. In the second quarter, Medomak Valley junior quarterback Will Trainor took the snap and got into the end zone for a 8-yard-core. The Panthers would convert on their two point attempt to tack on some points.

Gorham wins 4th straight Volleyball State Championship
Gorham’s run atop Maine high school volleyball continued Saturday as the Rams outlasted Scarborough in a five-set thriller to win their fourth straight state championship. The Class A, B and C high school volleyball championships were on the line at SMCC in South Portland, where a large crowd watched three-time defending state champion Gorham face the Scarborough Red Storm.
