Vidalia man arrested for indecent behavior with juvenile

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

CONCORDIA PARISH, La. (KTVE/KARD)– On February 22, 2024, the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office Child Exploitation Unit began investigating an adult subject after complaints were made by two juveniles, stating that 31-year-old Dustin Wayne Mullins allegedly sexually touched them on numerous occasion.

After conducting forensic interviews with both children, detectives also interviewed the adult subject, who confessed to the allegations. According to authorities, Mullins was taken into custody by the LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office without incident and transported to the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office Jail.

Mullins was charged with Molestation of a Juvenile and Indecent Behavior with Juveniles.
