Three-vehicle wreck on Navarro and Red River

VICTORIA, Texas - Three vehicles collided Monday evening at the intersection of Navarro and Red River Street.

A white 2011 Dodge Durango was traveling westbound on E. Red River Street and ran a red light causing it to crash into two other vehicles. The vehicles struck by the white car vehicle were a blue 1978 Monte Carlo and a tan 2012 Chevrolet Malibu, both were traveling northbound on N. Navarro Street. The white vehicle continued westbound before striking a utility pole and a wooden fence.

The all vehicle occupants were transported to area hospitals with unknown injuries.

One vehicle flipped over on its side and landed in the backyard of a home.

Police blocked off the area for several hours while crews worked to clear the scene overnight.
