Central Kitsap School District weighing policy changes amid rise in student misbehavior
Central Kitsap School District administrators plan to review guidelines this fall in the wake of increasing student misbehavior. In an email sent to parents on Wednesday, CKSD Superintendent Erin Prince said district officials will engage with students, staff and families in the coming months, pondering paths forward after seeing behavior incidents climb during the 2023-24 academic calendar. Central Kitsap is the largest school district in Kitsap County, overseeing 19 schools.
