WEST RICHLAND, Wash. (TCD) -- A 39-year-old former police officer was on the run after allegedly killing two women and abducting his 1-year-old son. On Monday, April 22, at 3:23 p.m., West Richland Police Department officers were called to a shooting at Wiley Elementary School and found an adult female deceased outside the school. Police did not identify the woman, but they said it was an isolated incident. The suspect, Elias Huizar, fled the scene following the shooting.

On Monday, April 22, at approximately 5 a.m., the Los Angeles Police Department received a report of a possible stabbing at the Universal City Station. The suspect, later identified as Elliot Nowden, allegedly attacked the victim on the train. According to KTLA-TV, Nowden used two small kitchen knives to stab the woman in the neck.
