WINFIELD, Mo. — Following a runoff election Tuesday, Winfield voters chose to reelect Ward 1 Alderman Robert Roskowske III for another term. Lincoln County Clerk's Office reported Tuesday night that Roskowske received 64 of 104 total votes cast, or 61.54% of the votes. His challenger, Herb Crosby, received 40 votes, or 38.46%.

A St. Charles County judge on Monday granted a third delay for a hearing in the suit, which accuses Wentzville schools of breaking the state's open records law by discussing bathroom policies for transgender students behind closed doors.
