With NJSIAA baseball tournament getting underway, it is time to look at this season's Shore Conference baseball top Class of 2025 junior players.
Here is our top 20 ranking of the top junior players followed by others on our All-Shore Watch List.

1. Dylan Passo, 2025, 1B, Bats Left, Throws, Left, Red Bank Catholic
The Skinny : Passo has made a non-binding oral commitment to Notre Dame and is in his second season as a starter.
2. Matt Ferrara, 2025, SS, Bats Right, Throws, Right, Toms River East .
The Skinny: Ferrara, who is one of the key players on Toms River East’s Ocean County Tournament championship, has made a commitment to Seton Hall.
3. Ryan Prior, 2025, P, 2025, Throws Right, Red Bank Catholic
The Skinny: Prior, the nephew of former Major League pitcher Mark Prior, has made a commitment to the University of Virginia. He recently pitched a one-hitter against Matawan.
4. Curtis Chropuvka, 2025, CF, Bats Right, Throws Right, Ranney
The Skinny : The No. 3 hitter in Ranney’s order, Chropuvka is in his second season as a starter and has made a commitment to Lafayette College.
5. Zach Hampton, 2025, P/1B, Bats Right, Throws, Right, Middletown North.
The Skinny: Hampton has been both a pitching and hitting standout for the Lions, who have surged lately after a 1-6 start. He is in his third year as a starter and has been on a Group 3 championship team as a freshman and a Central Group 3 championship team last season. He has made a commitment to the University of Maryland at Baltimore County.
6. Collin Denton, 2025, P/1B, Bats Right, Throws Right, Monmouth.
The Skinny : Denton has developed into one of the Shore’s better pitchers. He has a win over Shore Conference Class A Central champion Wall. He has made a commitment to St. Peter’s.
7. Andrew Parisi, 2025, C/3B, Bats Right, Throws Right, Ranney.
The Skinny: Parisi, who transferred from Rutgers Prep in the offseason, is the Panthers’ leadoff batter. He has shown he can play multiple positions.
8. Tyler Huzzy, 2025, C, Bats Right, Throws, Right, Jackson Memorial.
The Skinny : Huzzy was a key player in the Jaguars’ run to the OCT championship game. He has made a commitment to NJIT.
9. Danny Tsimbinos, 2025, C, Bats Right, Throws, Right, Christian Brothers Academy.
The Skinny: An excellent defensive catcher, Tsimbinos is in his second season as a starter. He is CBA’s cleanup hitter.
10. Max Dantoni, 2025, SS, Bats Right, Throws, Right. Red Bank Catholic.
The Skinny : Dantoni, in his second season as a starter, has made a commitment to Rutgers.
11. Tommy Kowaliwskyj, 2025, P, Throws Right, Ocean.
The Skinny : The hard-throwing Kowaliwskyj is averaging almost 1.5 strikeouts per inning and has averaged nine strikeouts a start.
12. Tyler McLeod, 2025. P/3B. Bats Right, Throws Right, Southern
The Skinny: McLeod is averaging well over a strikeout an inning and has been contributor at the plate for the Class A South champion Rams.
13. Ben Robinson, 2025, SS/P, Bats Right, Throws Right, Ocean.
The Skinny: Robinson, in his second season as a starter is the Spartans’ leadoff batter and closer. He has set the Ocean school record for saves in a career. He has made a commitment to NJIT.
14. Jimi Popp, 2025, LF, Bats Right, Throws Right, Brick Memorial.
The Skinny: Popp has been one of Brick Memorial’s most consistent hitters out of the cleanup spot in the order.
15. Will Fahey, 2025, CF, Bats Right, Throws Right, CBA.
The Skinny: Fahey is in his second season as a starter and is the No. 3 hitter in the order.
16. Tyler Levine, 2025,CF, Bats Right, Throws Right, Donovan Catholic.
The Skinny : Levine is hitting well over .300 and is the No. 2 hitter in the order.
17. Connor Tongring, 2025, C, Bats Right, Throws Right, Ocean.
The Skinny : Tongring is solid defensively and is in his second season as a starter. He is the No. 3 hitter in the order.
18. Gavin Toth, 2025, C/OF/P, Bats Right, Throws Right, Toms River East
The Skinny: Toth has been a jack of all trades for Ocean County Tournament champion Toms River East.
19. Aiden Lynch, 2025, P, Throws Right, Toms River South.
The Skinny : Lynch has been a shining light in Toms River South’s rough season. He has complete-game shutouts against Toms River North, Point Pleasant Boro and Southern and a game where he struck out 14 in a 1-0 defeat against Monroe.

The Skinny : Quick has been a dependable hitter for a Brick team that has shown solid improvement over last season,. He is the No. 3 hitter in the order.
