Level 3 offender moving to Virginia
VIRGINIA—Level 3 predatory offender Dustin Joshua Cousins, 39, is moving back to Virginia, according to a Virginia Police Department news release. Cousins has been convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct or another offense that requires registration with law enforcement. This offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed on him/her by the court. Cousins is described as a white male, 5-feet, 6-inches tall, brown eyes and hair and weighing 214 pounds. Cousins has a history of sexual contact with known teenage females. Contact included penetration. Cousins used his established relationship of trust to attain and exploit access, according to the news release. The Hibbing Police Department was the investigating agency. The date of his address change to the 100 block of 5th Street South was May 3.
