The Jackson County Black Sox are once again STATE CHAMPIONS. Travel baseball has two affiliations which have a state tournament for each. The Five Tool Youth state tournament (formerly known as Nation’s Baseball), and the USSSA state tournament. The Courier began as The Vinton County Courier that was published every Wednesday and over the years has witnessed and been part of many changes in the industry.
