A new historical fiction novel from a Missouri author explores the mystery of a catastrophic event that damaged the West Plains community nearly a century ago. "The Flower Sisters" by St. Louis-based author Michelle Collins Anderson, was released April 23. Koshkonong dog breeder charged with 39 counts of intentional improper animal shelter space, ventilation
Patricia Rockstroh, a dog breeder in the town of Koshkonong, doing business as Penny Lane Cocker Spaniels, has been charged with a combined total of 39 counts of the misdemeanor charges of “intentional improper animal shelter space,” and “intentional improper shelter ventilation,” according to information provided on the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access website.
