Bosque Farms water & wastewater system in emergency status

BOSQUE FARMS — The sewer issues in one local municipality have gone from bad to an emergency, according to its water and wastewater contract operator. Drew Padilla, with Prodigy Builders, the company that’s operated the villages’ water and wastewater systems since 2024, told the village council at its Sept. 16 meeting that the village is out of grinder pumps — the mechanism installed at every home and business in the village that uses the sewage system that shreds solid waste into a slurry before pushing it into the sewage system to the village’s wastewater treatment plant.

Albuquerque company chosen for State Fairgrounds redevelopment master plan

Albuquerque, NM (KKOB)- The New Mexico General Services Department’s has selected Albuquerque-based firm Hartman + Majewski Design Group to produce a detailed master plan, which will eventually begin the process for the state to select an anchor developer in December.
