    Tarrant police searching for suspect responsible for road rage assault

    TARRANT, Ala. ( WIAT ) — The Tarrant Police Department is investigating a road rage incident that occurred at a gas station in May .

    According to TPD, a report was filed by the victim of an assault that occurred at the Mobil Gas Station in Tarrant around 3 p.m. on May 2.

    The victim reportedly told officers that him and the suspect were both coming down Pinson Valley Parkway. When they got to the traffic light, the suspect got out of his vehicle to approach him. The victim ran a traffic light to avoid confrontation.

    The victim says he made a left turn onto Bethel Avenue, another into the parking lot of Pacific Pride and his final stop was the Mobil gas station parking lot. The suspect then blocked him in and the assault occurred.
