Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico opening food pantry in Portales
PORTALES, N.M. (KFDA) - The Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico is opening a new food pantry in Roosevelt County this Thursday. The grand opening of the food pantry will be hosted by the Roosevelt County Board of Commissioners and food bank representatives. Organizers say the partnership is focused on reducing food insecurity faced by Roosevelt County residents.

Police arrest suspect in double homicide, Amber Alert abduction
CLOVIS, N.M. — A 10-month old girl who police say was abducted in Clovis, New Mexico, has been found alive. FBI officials say they also have a suspect in custody.
