MILWAUKEE — Gov. Tony Evers declared a state of emergency in Milwaukee and its surrounding areas. The state of emergency is related to the Republican National Convention (RNC). By enacting the executive order, law enforcement and public officials can better prepare for the RNC and will have access to additional resources should they be needed.
