Two local school Future Farmers of America chapters have a plant sale and autio of tiems they ahve raised/sold.

Sulphur Springs FFA

Sulphur Springs ISD 's Annual Plant Sale began at 7 a.m.Wednesday, March 27, continues through 6 p.m. Wednesday, then resumes from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at the Sulphur Springs High School Greenhouse, located on the far side of the building by turning right at the multipurpose building, then following the driveway to the back of the property, where the green house is located.

The FFA members and floral/horitculture students have raised and potted a variety of items for sale. Among the offerings this year at SSHS are flowers, succulents, vegetables, ferns as well as hanging baskets and planting flats.

Miller Grove FFA

Miller Grove FFA Chapter is gearing up for the Annual Stew & Auction on April 4.

Stew will be served beginning at 6 p.m. with the auction to follow in the MGISD Multipurpose Facility.

Miller Grove's agriculture department has built multiple projects that will be auctioned off, along with items that have been donated by the local community.
