KAHLOTUS – Officials at Lower Monumental Lock and Dam will be closing public dam crossings May 13 through 21 to perform maintenance. Normal crossing hours are once an hour, on the half-hour, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. REGIONAL - The rain has now pushed off east of the Tri-Cities but we've still got some shower activity over towards Dayton and just south of Walla Walla. Pea-sized hail fell in parts of the Tri-Cities Monday afternoon as a quick thunderstorm passed overhead.
