Woman Parks On Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, Jumps To Death
The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 10:30 p.m., Sunday, May 19, in the town of Rhinebeck. According to Capt. John Watterson of the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge for a report of a woman who had parked her car mid-span on the bridge, exited her car, and then jumped off the bridge.

POUGHKEEPSIE – After deliberating for a few hours Monday afternoon, a jury convicted Luciano Incardona, 40, of firing two shots at a man on Main Street in Poughkeepsie on the afternoon of March 15, 2023. The prosecutors from the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office argued that Incardona fired the shots at Dwayne Joyner in retaliation for beating the defendant up earlier in the day after Incardona was throwing eggs at a woman to humiliate her and Joyner intervened.
