Two homes, two cars damaged after car crash in Springfield
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Two homes were damaged and two cars totaled after a car crash Monday night in Springfield. Around 9:30 p.m., police said a car veered off Central Avenue West and into a parked SUV. The SUV rolled through the car posts and into the neighbor’s yard. The car bounced off the SUV and into the neighbor’s house.
Altercation involving two men and sword reported in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WSMV) - One person was taken into custody on Monday following reports of an altercation involving a sword, Smokey Barn News reports. Emergency crews arrived at a Springfield home in the 2500 block of Queen Anne Court, according to SBN. An altercation between two men was reported to police, and the 911 caller said serious injuries from a sword were possible.
