Gallia County man 'found safe' by deputies following search
GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WCHS) — UPDATED - 5:00 p.m., 5/11/24. Deputies have located the Gallia County man who went missing Saturday morning. Howard Moore, 86, was found at about 4:30 p.m. and is reportedly doing well following a search after a missing persons report was issued earlier in the day, according to a post from the sheriff's office.

Man's body recovered from Ohio River in Mason County
MASON COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — Mason County emergency personnel report a man's body was recovered from the Ohio River Sunday morning. Crews have been searching the river near Point Pleasant for several days after a swimmer had been reported missing Tuesday morning, but a positive identification has not been made.
