NITRO, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Nitro man was arrested Friday after drugging two victims and attempting to convince them to provide explicit material for him, court records say. Anthony Todd Watson, 27, is accused of poisoning two individuals, including one underaged victim, with Ecstasy and amphetamines while attempting to convince them to have intercourse while he filmed, according to a criminal complaint filed with the Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
