    Little League International earns pair of Telly Awards for excellence in storytelling

    South Williamsport, Pa. — For the second consecutive year, Little League International has earned two Telly Awards for videos showcasing the Little League Baseball World Series experience and a highlight of Cuba's first-ever trip to the World Series.

    “Each year, the Little League Baseball World Series serves as a bucket-list experience for communities all around the world, and we take a lot of pride in showcasing the fun and excitement of what it means to be at the world’s largest youth sports tournament to the millions of people who can’t attend in person,” said Dallas Miller, Little League Director of Social and Digital Strategy.

    “It is an honor to once again receive a Telly Award for these storytelling efforts, and we are proud of our team, led by the efforts of Hannah James and our video production teams, for bringing these stories to life and earning this honor.”

    Established in 1979, the Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens and are voted on by the Telly Awards Judging Council each year.

    Silver medalist in live events and experiences - general: Experience the Little League Baseball World Series

    Experiencing the Little League World Series is not just for the players, but for families and communities all around the world. The “Experience the Little League Baseball World Series” video gives fans, families, and players a glimpse of what they can look forward to when they head to Williamsport to experience the iconic event, filled with unique opportunities, endless excitement, and most of all, FUN!

    Bronze medalist in sports - general: Cuba’s First Time at the Little League Baseball World Series

    For the first time in 2023, a Little League team from Cuba had the opportunity to make the trip to Williamsport to compete in the Little League Baseball World Series, and the memories made there were ones that will last a lifetime. This video, documenting Cuba’s first experience in Williamsport, showcases the significance of this opportunity and more importantly the relationship that Little League now has with the Cuban Baseball and Softball Federation.

    The majority of the features that have received Telly Awards were produced in coordination with Philadelphia-based video production company 20/20 Visual Media.

    While marking the organization’s first ever Gold Telly, Little League International has received four other Telly Awards for its storytelling efforts over the past five years, including a trio in 2020:
