Escaped Morgan Co. inmate recaptured, officials say
DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) - An escaped Morgan County inmate has been recaptured, according to the Alabama Department of Corrections. Officials said Thomas Davis was recaptured Friday in Decatur, Georgia after escaping on Wednesday from the North Alabama Correctional Facility in Decatur, Alabama.
