Police: Area Man Faces Charges After Troopers Find Him Stumbling in Middle of Route 62 While High on Meth
PRESIDENT TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Police say an area man was found stumbling in the roadway in President Township allegedly under the influence of methamphetamine. According to Franklin-based State Police, around 11:30 a.m. on April 17, troopers received a report of a possibly intoxicated male stumbling in the roadway of State Route 62 in President Township, Venango County.
