Upstate bar owner arrested after drugs found at business
The owner of a bar in the Upstate is facing trafficking charges after drugs were found at the business. The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office says 54 year old Martin Eslick was arrested after an investigation into drug distribution at the business.

Wisconsin man arrested in kidnapping of Simpsonville teen indicted by federal grand jury
A man arrested for kidnapping a 13-year-old Simpsonville girl has been indicted by a federal grand jury. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Tyler Micheal Berlick, 35, of Muskego, Wis. was indicted on three counts of traveling across state lines with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor, transporting a minor across state lines with the intent to engage in sexual conduct, and production of child sexual abuse materials.

NOAA predicts Top ten hurricane season for 2024
GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Another above normal hurricane season is expected for 2024. In fact, it could be a top 10 season, joining 3 of the last 4 years. The official forecast is for 17 to 25 named storms which is a tropical storm or hurricane. This does not include tropical depressions. Of those named storms, 8 to 13 are expected to be hurricanes which is 74 mph winds or higher and of those hurricanes 4 to 7 of those are expected to be major category 3 or stronger storms with winds of 111 mph or higher. All of these number top numbers in the typical hurricane season.
