Found: Missing Lower Paxton teen returns home safe
The Lower Paxton Township police asked for the public’s help finding Jahmeir Johnson, 13. As of 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, he has returned home safe. Police said Johnson was last seen just before 7 p.m. on Monday wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants and black slides. He was leaving his home in the 6500 block of Blue Ridge Avenue in the township.

Police chase stretched across 2 central Pa. counties before ending in crash
A police chase Monday night that originated in Harrisburg ended in a crash in York County, emergency dispatch and police confirmed. A vehicle was stolen from the area of South 13th and Derry Streets around 10 p.m., Harrisburg police Lt. Kyle Gautsch said. The chase ended at exit 22 of Interstate 83 southbound around 10:30, dispatch said.
Unapproved additives for sale: Cumberland County restaurant inspections
The following Cumberland County restaurants were found to have violated Pennsylvania’s health and safety regulations between the dates of May 28 through June 5, 2024. Fire crews were called to the 6300 block of Galleon Drive at 5:11 a.m. on June 20, according to emergency dispatchers. In all 12 fire companies responded to the scene.
