Wall man sentenced in brutal domestic violence case
RAPID CITY, SD – A Wall man was sentenced Wednesday following his guilty plea to charges stemming from a series of domestic violence incidents in March and April 2021. Justin Livermont, 36, inflicted brutal abuse upon the victim, punching out her teeth, fracturing her ribs and strangling her until she lost consciousness, among other physical abuses. Livermont also psychologically and sexually abused the victim throughout their relationship.
