Man attacked with baseball bat in York dies 38 years later, death ruled homicide
A 64-year-old man has died from injuries he received in an assault 38 years ago in York city, according to the York County Coroner. Craig Tschudy died on June 5 at the Inners Creek Nursing Center in Dallastown, where he was receiving care, the coroner reported. When Tschudy was 26, he was reportedly attacked with a baseball bat by suspects who were never identified.

The Mount Holly-Jacksonville Road Bridge (D3.16) will be closed for approximately two weeks for emergency repairs.
