Animal shelter expanding
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The Huntington-Cabell-Wayne Animal Control Shelter is making progress on getting more dogs some more sunshine. Rachel Boone is the K-9 Coordinator and Behavior Specialist for the shelter. She said the shelter is still at full capacity for their dogs and the new outdoor pens will be a big help.
