BENSON COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A 71-year-old man from Sheyenne, ND was arrested for DUI after a crash Sunday just before 2 AM in Benson County. Highway Patrol says Donald Ystaas was driving his Lincoln southbound on Highway 30, 5 miles south of Maddock, when he lost control-- leaving the roadway. The vehicle struck the guardrail for the bridge and began rotating coming to rest facing north in the west ditch.
