Bubble tea cafe Bestea grew to a bigger space. Here's where you can find it in Sheboygan.

SHEBOYGAN — Popular boba tea cafe Bestea has a new home near downtown Sheboygan.

The business moved from 1323 Michigan Ave. down to the street to 1112 Michigan Ave.

Owner Lina Yang said the previous space wasn’t big enough to accommodate more seating and lounging, something she set out to offer when the cafe opened last year.

Yang wanted to create a comfortable place for people to hang out and work.

The new space is wider, has more seating and brighter colors, like pink and green. Bestea also has about 15 games right now, like Connect 4 and Taboo.

“I feel like it creates a more comfy vibe for my customers,” Yang said about the new location. “Now that we have the space, you can sit around, and it's not too bad waiting because you have the space. You can play a game or two while you're waiting for your drink or even a little bit after. Stick around.”

Cafe has new offerings, like lactose-free milk and fruit soda

Though the shop moved, it still has the “Hey, Bestea!” sign, grass wall and a growing customer base.

“We've been so blessed,” Yang said. “The community continues to amaze me.”

Yang is also still experimenting with flavors and introducing new menu items, like fruit soda and oolong, coconut, honeydew and mango milk teas. Customers can also opt for lactose-free milk, and Lina updated the menu for adjusted sugar levels.
