After a challenging two-month recovery, a mountain lion has been restored to the wilds of Central California. The San Diego Humane Society's Ramona Wildlife Center, in collaboration with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), successfully rehabilitated the adult male who suffered from severe injuries.
